2012 Annual Business Meeting on February 26

The annual business meeting for 2012 will take place on February 26, 2012 after the 10:45am service and will cover the selection of Deacon Board Nominees.
There are two positions open on the deacon board.

The following people have agreed to let their names be presented for a vote by the church membership.
Stephanie Aksdal
Stephanie and her husband Kirk have been a part of Cornerstone for 5 years and have been members for 3 years. She has served in the
Nursery, Children's Ministries, Women's Ministries, The James Project and WaveUth Leadership.
Shannan Fuqua
Shannan and her husband Coby have been a part of Cornerstone for 5 years. She has served on the deacon board and Preschool board and works
with Kid's Ministries on Wednesdays and Sundays. She has led the kids' worship band and has served as a children's teacher, usher and
been part of in Share Days and the Mexico outreach.
Nick Romo
Nick and his wife Michelle have been a part of Cornerstone for 5 years and have been members for 4 years. He serves on the leadership team
for Cornerstone Men, in Doorkeepers ministry and on Share Day teams.
Deacons are elected on a 3-year term. Our current deacons are Shannan Fuqua, David Pitzos, David Rodriquez Sr., John Troutman and Jason
Whittaker. Treasurer (appointed) is Al Garcia.
The open positions were occupied by Jon Troutman who served the maximum two consecutive terms, and Shannan Fuqua who has served one term.
We want to thank Kim Boomer, Lynn Grunklee and Kelly Villavicencio who served with John Troutman and Pastor Karl on the nominating
committee.
Potluck:
The annual business meeting will start with a potluck lunch at 12:30pm.
