Panama Mission +

Panama Playground Project

In June 2018 a team of high school & college students along with adults from Cornerstone will be returning to Panama for our annual outreach and mission trip. Each year we've worked with local partners on the ground to reach people with a message of hope.

Kelvin and Pastor Gary in Santa Catalina 2017

Kelvin is just one example of the kids we've had the joy of connecting with over the years in Santa Catalina. When we first met him, he was one of the kids attending he's young man who has worked alongside us in our last couple trips to Panama. He has a huge heart for his community, but especially a heart to serve the kids he sees everyday. There are tons of kids just like Kelvin eager for a little love and hope, which is why we are so excited about this year's trip and also where you come in...

This year we are serving the community through VBS, Surf and Skate ministry, sprucing up the local school, a ton of fun and games with the kids and serving anywhere else we find needs. All that said, we are also taking on a MASSIVE PROJECT that cannot be accomplished without your help!

We are partnering with Kids Around the World (   direct giving link: ) and some locals in the community to build an amazing playground so that we can seize this opportunity to not only go and love the people of Santa Catalina, but also give a generational gift that will impact their entire community. We are very excited about this project and hope you will partner with us.

Your tax-deductible donation toward this project can be made through this secure site. Please join us by giving and sharing this page so others can help us impact a community with the power of play.

Skate and surf ministries thrive in Santa Catalina. This half pipe was built off a roadside in the midst of a jungle. One of the few outlets for this coastal town's young people.

Local children love playing and singing wiht the team and will make a game out of everything.

Our team had the opportunity to repair walls and paint a former military housing building that is being transformed into a Special Needs Children's Hospital.
