*If your check is returned because of insufficient funds, you will be required to pay with a money order before your child can return to school. In addition, a $25 returned check fee will be charged to your account.
Tuition Payment: Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. All tuition payments must be made for the days your child is registered, not just the days that your child attends. Please make checks payable to CCP. A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed for accounts ten (10) days past due.
Late Pick-Up: Late pick up charges (starting after 12:30 pm for half days and 6:00 pm for full days) are as follows:
$1 for every minute late
*Fees are due at time of pick up to the closing teacher or office.
Holidays: If the school is closed for a major holiday and that is your child’s normal day of attendance, payment for that day is still due/payable.
Vacations: The school does not have a vacation allotment.
Make-Up Days: There are no make up days for any missed school days.
Illness: There are no discounts or refunds due to illness or Covid.
*Withdrawal: When withdrawing your child, you must fill out the form located in the office. Two weeks notice is required.
